My prep is a lot harder than I thought it would be, not that I gave it much time or consideration but it’s in full swing. I have to up my cardio to 2x a day and I have to bring out my front delts, work on posing and drop some body fat.
Meanwhile I am currently fighting this massive headache that has come out of no where. In addition to that my neck was all messed up and I had to correct that by checking in with my chiropractor. I’m fixed up but the pain is still there and it’s throbbing. Time to take some meds and down fish and egg whites and hit the bed.
Tomorrow is the start of a new day and one where I need to kick it into high gear and leave it there.
I’m weighing out if I start posting pics about my prep. Let me know what you think?
