Keeping up with prep.
My prep is a lot harder than I thought it would be, not that I gave it much time or consideration but it’s in full swing. I have to up my cardio to 2x a day and I have to bring out my front delts, work on posing and drop some body fat.
Meanwhile I am currently fighting this massive headache that has come out of no where. In addition to that my neck was all messed up and I had to correct...
