Great blog as always! If you could recommend three supplements that aids with building muscle(along side a strict high protein , low carb regimen), what would it be ? Thank you!

I am not a big person on supplements. The supplement industry makes millions of false claims. But, the few I am willing to endorse are:

  • Vitargo
  • StarChem Labs Evolution X7 (Leucine)
  • Any good quality Creatine Monohydrate

The reason I like these products? They work. It’s science and there’s actual studies done on the effects of these products and nutrients. Anything else people talk about…I just do not trust. 

I don’t really even care for preworkout supps. Maybe black coffee with a little stevia. That’s it.
