Getting back in the routine of things and I’m going to start of with this killer leg routine.
I had my cardio session earlier, a nice sweaty 30 minute stairmaster workout. So now it’s time to lift!
I am not a big person on supplements. The supplement industry makes millions of false claims. But, the few I am willing to endorse are:
The reason I like these products? They work. It’s science and there’s actual studies done on the effects of these products and nutrients. Anything else people talk about…I just do not trust.
I don’t really even care for preworkout supps. Maybe black coffee with a little stevia. That’s it.
Keep it simple!
